CamelConvey offers a complete range of Overhead Conveyor Trolleys in sizes including 2-inch, 3-inch, 4-inch, and 6-inch, as well as X-228, X-348, X-458, and X-678, with various options available. The brackets are forged from high-strength carbon steel, providing exceptional durability to withstand harsh industrial environments and continuous use. The brackets can also be surface treated with galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, or other finishes according to customer requirements.
The trolley wheels are available in both full ball complement and retainer types, all made from high-quality bearing steel and heat-treated to a minimum hardness of Rockwell C-58 for optimal performance, extended service life, and minimal maintenance. Various wheel designs and materials are available. For extremely dirty, gritty, or wet operating environments, we offer zinc-plated and blackened wheels, equipped with contaminant-resistant red or black shields.
