Enclosed Track Conveyors

Camel's enclosed track conveyor system is an innovative solution designed to improve efficiency in various applications. This system features a continuous chain that runs within a tubular track. The drive unit engages and moves the chain, while a take-up unit maintains tension to prevent bunching. Variable speed controls are used to start and stop the entire conveyor line, ensuring synchronized movement where loads travel uniformly and maintain consistent spacing. Camel's X348 chain, X458 chain, 5T chain, 7T chain, 8" chain and so on, belongs to light type enclosed track conveyors.

Heavy-duty Enclosed Track Conveyors

Heavy duty enclosed track conveyor is comprised of a continuous chain running inside a cross-shaped track. A drive unit grabs and moves the chain, which a take-up unit keeps tensioned to prevent bunching. Variable speed controls start and stop the entire line, which moves synchronously; loads travel in unison and are always the same distance apart. Camel's X678 trolley can reach 1200lbs.

Hand Push Enclosed Track

Camel Enclosed track Conveyor system can be hand push too, simple motorized circuits or “power and free” systems where the trolleys can engage and disengage from a moving chain. Camel has 2 kinds of hand push trolley. One kind has a 500-pound capacity. You can connect up to 2 trolleys together with a load bar and carry up to 1,000 pounds. Another kind can reach 1 ton capacity directly.

Enclosed track conveyor design helps prevent external contamination from reaching the chain or track bearing surfaces. Inverted system option also helps to confine dust, grease, and other potential contaminants from getting on the load or carrier, helping to keep both the workplace and product clean.

With over three times the capacity per pair X678 trolley (1200 lbs) vs. standard X458 trolley each (400 lbs), it can move a wider variety of awkward, bulky loads.
The enclosed track negotiates curves and changes in elevation to maximize use of overhead space and confined areas.

The track can be oriented to support the load beside or above it, which is beneficial in many finishing processes.
